In 1402, five legendary stones of immense power were aboard a ship when tragedy struck. Everyone aboard the ship was lost except one official who happened to grab hold of the "red" stone. Six hundred years later, scientists in a remote lab are experimenting with the same red stone when they fall victim to an explosion set by Professor X.
Our story begins 5 years later after another explosion caused by Prof. X occurs at an event on a campus designed to gather interest in reviving the lab's work. Tie Xiong, the main speaker, genius student, and son of one of the scientists from the first explosion, decides to hunt down the stones and Professor X, with the only survivor from the lab explosion and a few friends.

Karina then tells Lolong that he was a member of a tribe that possessed the power to regenerate, just like crocodiles do. With the help of Dakila, Lolong battles an evil system in order to bring justice and peace to himself and to the townspeople.
