Talay, a young sergeant who has a stigma from her childhood, becomes in charge of a murder case of Tanpol, a well-off young psychologist who is suspected of killing his wife, Piangchan. As she went deeper into this case, she found many irregularities including secrets and love relations as well as threats from the anonymous murderer between those involved in this case including Talay herself. Apart from this duty, both Talay and Tanpol must stand strong against the death that could happen to anyone.

The Mystic Warrior is a 1984 TV movie about a band of Native American Sioux and the efforts of one man to save his people from destruction through the use of mysterious powers handed down by ancestors. The movie was originally a nine hour mini-series entitled Hanta Yo to be aired in 1980, instead aired in 1984 as a five hour mini series with the new name. The movie was never released on VHS or DVD although it has been shown on cable TV. Mystic Warrior was entertaining, but failed to draw viewers away from such formidable competition as The Jeffersons, Alice, and One Day at a Time.

After lengthy discussions with Willy Vandersteen, the artist of the comic strip, this series was put into production in 1973. This happened in collaboration with the Flemish actor and producer Wies Andersen. Instead of adaptations of the existing comics, six new stories were chosen. The puppets were given multiple facial expressions and the sets and props were made based on detailed designs by Studio Vandersteen. Lambik always acts as narrator. A striking difference with the comics is that Jerom's doll now has its eyes open.
