Zokko was a BBC television programme for children that ran on Saturday mornings between 1968 and 1970. It was devised by veteran children's TV producer Molly Cox, and featured a mixture of animations, film clips, magic and narrated cartoons. The show was named after its "presenter", a talking pinball machine which introduced the clips and then scored them in its robotic voice e.g. "Zokko, Score 7". The programme is regarded as "the first televised children's comic". Apart from a compilation of highlights, only one complete episode remains in the BBC's archives.Vosa Marcelka

It was created for 1st and 2nd-year primary school students in Japan, teaching them lessons like morals and how to act at school. The show is more notable for the Monkey Puppet meme portrayed by the main protagonist Pedro.[1] In the 1980s and 1990s, the series was also aired in Latin America under the name "Niños en crecimiento".
