Sesam stasjon was a Norwegian children's television series that ran on NRK1 based on Sesame Street. It quickly became the most popular children's show in Norway after its début in 1991, and 198 episodes were made until 1998. Unlike their predecessors from all over the world it is set in a railway station near a town instead of the traditional Sesame Street neighbourhood. Each episode is 30 minutes, of which 15–20 are from the Norwegian production and 10–15 is dubbed from Sesame Street.
A French animated series for children created and directed by Picha, a known Belgian cartoonist who made many cartoons for adults. The series' main characters are two dog siblings who both have name Jule. Shown in France, Spain, Italy and Poland (where the whole series was animated).
Mr. Conductor's Thomas Tales was a spin-off series of Shining Time Station. The plotlines, secondary to the five stories told by George Carlin in each episode, focused solely on Mr. Conductor. The stories were a mix of those not shown in any Shining Time Station episode, and the previous episodes. A music video was also included at the end of each episode.
The Adventures of Sir Prancelot was a children's animated TV Series. It followed the adventures of an eccentric Knight and his family as they head for the Crusades in the Holy Land
