Barmy Aunt Boomerang was a children's comedy series which aired on BBC1 in the United Kingdom from 16 September 1999 to 14 December 2000. Sebastian's world is turned upside down by the arrival of his unconventional Australian aunt Boomerang. Meanwhile, the Christmas tree seller sits carving small wooden figures and talking to everyone who passes by. The dramatic main story is that a modern entrepreneur wants to tear down all the old buildings in the square and replace them with a modern parking lot.
