Balão Mágico was a very famous children television program in Brazil. The children that were the main stars of the program were also part of a musical group singing children's songs which was named after the program as A Turma do Balão Mágico. The program was aired by Rede Globo between 1983 and 1986, and the musical group released six albums under the Columbia label that sold together 13 million copies. Their biggest hit is the song Superfantástico, which is still popular more than 20 years since its release. V&A Top 10 is one of a select few English language Canadian game shows to run nationally for 15 years, joining Front Page Challenge, Reach For The Top, and Definition in that category.
