DoQmentaries is a monthly television show produced by Q through GMA News and Public Affairs. It started on September 2008 and broadcast every Saturday of the month. After a 2-month break from shooting episodes, it is broadcasting every 1st Sunday of the month from February 2009. The show hosts Rhea Santos, Pia Arcangel, and Connie Sison, and each one of them hosts one episode. It ended unofficially on December 6, 2009 because of low ratings.
The Alyona Show was a current affairs television program hosted by Alyona Minkovski that aired on RT from 2009 to 2012. The show featured in-depth analysis of news stories and also frequently criticizes the mainstream media, national politics in the United States, and the U.S. financial industry.

Such objective causes the reports to be longer than usual.
On November 22, 2010, Bandila started letting viewers send their reactions on each news through Twitter or Facebook and later read by the anchors after each news items, thus making Bandila more interactive.
Tekzilla was an American video podcast on the Revision3 network (Tekzilla was released every Tuesday). It was hosted by Patrick Norton and Shannon Morse, with Roger Chang (who also acts as the show's producer) as a frequent guest host. For the first 14 episodes of Tekzilla, Patrick's co-host was Jessica Corbin, who made a guest appearance on episode 16 confirming she has left the show. In November 2013, Veronica Belmont left the show. She had been a host on Tekzilla since 2008. Shannon Morse became the new host. On November 25, 2014, Tekzilla aired for the final time. Starting in January 2015, Patrick Norton and Shannon Morse went on to create and host TekThing, funded by Patreon and recorded in the Hak5 studio.
A News is the name of local newscasts on the A television system in Canada. A News programming was produced in markets which were not directly served by a local CTV News service.
The cable-only A Atlantic service in Atlantic Canada did not produce its own A News programming, but instead presently airs CTV News programming from CTV Atlantic, although the station did produce a local morning show, Breakfast Television and was subsequently re-branded to CTV Morning Live on August 29, 2011,. Due to the effects of the 2009 economic crisis The A station in Ottawa cancelled all A News programming in March 2009, but continued to produce a local morning show, A Morning which was also re-branded as CTV Morning Live on August 29, 2011.
When A re-launched as CTV Two, on August 29, 2011, newscasts on the A stations were re-branded as CTV News and longer have separate identities, although the stations have retained the same editorial independence.
Chicago Tonight is an evening television news program broadcast weeknights on WTTW in Chicago. Chicago Tonight reports primarily on local news and presents features showcasing local artists and events. The show began April 24, 1984 and was hosted by popular Chicago broadcast journalist John Callaway for fifteen years. He continued to contribute to the show until he died in 2009.
Monday through Thursday night the program is hosted primarily by Phil Ponce. On Friday, Joel Weisman hosts Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review a panel discussion with four journalists on the top stories of the week.
