Following the success of Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin, dramatic actress Angelika dela Cruz led a powerhouse cast which included Albert Martinez, Tonton Gutierrez, Alma Moreno, Chin Chin Gutierrez, Zoren Legaspi, Amy Perez and Victor Neri. This series served as a major comeback for Snooky Serna and of actress-beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez. It marked the career beginnings of young stars Toni Gonzaga, Chynna Ortaleza and Richard Gutierrez. The series was successfully shown in Malaysia and Singapore via TV3.
