Roaring Across the Horizon (1999)

At the same time, scientist Lu Guangda who returned from the United States hurriedly said goodbye to his wife Wang Ruhui. The Soviet experts withdrew, the scientific and technological means were backward, the materials were extremely scarce, and three years of natural disasters, one after another unimaginable difficulties came one after another.
