A cyclone brings Dolly and her dog Toto from Kansas to Oz, where life does not obey the usual laws. Along her way she makes new friends: the Scarecrow straw, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion. Together they go to the Emerald City in search of the Wizard of Oz, who can help her return home.
Unfortunately the movie Adventures in the Emerald City: The Silver Slippers is not yet available on HBO Max.
