Downtown (2021)

Brothers Dick and Dick have only one objective: to win the prize of one million euros in an online game competition and, thus, be able to perform the heart operation that will save one of them. But in Downtown, where everyone else has Down Syndrome, it's impossible to play without being disturbed.
