In the program, the two presenters and friends Michella Kox and Louisa Janssen worked for a different employer in different industries each episode under the guise of helping with the major staff shortage.
Before the two ladies leave for their new work location, they first receive a hint in the form of one word. After this, they may open a chest containing an object that represents the profession. Shortly afterwards it will be announced where they have to work.
If the ladies work for a new employer, he or she assesses them based on three points that apply to their report; these three points differ per location. If they have performed or can represent two of these three points well, they will be considered suitable to work at that work location. The report with the associated results is discussed at the end of each episode.

All those people have to be entertained and the 'honor' of luring tourists into your club or tent with a big smile is up to the promoters. The seven compatriots followed by Videoland promote, 'sell' tickets or work behind a bar.
