The Philippine version of 1 vs. 100 was first aired on ABS-CBN on August 25, 2007. It is hosted by veteran Filipino quiz host Edu Manzano, from Pilipinas, Game KNB?, and Weakest Link. A single player goes up against 100 other contestants. The One gains money for each mob member eliminated, but if the One answers incorrectly at any point of the game, the game ends and he or she leaves with nothing. The grand prize of the show is ₱2,000,000.
The program is the fourth franchise the network acquired from its creator Endemol and it is also the most expensive, due to the studio's sheer size to accommodate the Mob.
The first season ended on April 19, 2008. Its run was supposed to have ended a long time ago, as the program revealed, but it was extended twice due to popular demand.
John en Shirley was a sitcom aired weekly on ABS-CBN. The show was a spin-off from the original John En Marsha, which was the longest-running primetime comedy sitcom in Philippine television history.
On 2006, the classic 70's sitcom was revived on ABS-CBN under the new title, John En Shirley. Dolphy and Maricel were the only ones from the original cast. One of the original cast members, Evelyn Bontogon as Matutina and Isko Salvador as Isko, made an appearance on one of the episodes.
Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition is a Philippine competitive cooking game show that aired from 2011 to 2012. The series was adapted out of the British show Junior MasterChef, in turn was a spin-off based on MasterChef, featuring Filipino contestants aged 8 to 12. It was broadcast on ABS-CBN starting with a pre-series primer station network on 20 August 2011.
Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo presents the show, while professional Filipino chefs Fern Aracama, Rolando Laudico, and JP Anglo judge the contestants.
On 24 September, ABS-CBN announced the show's new time slot on Sundays starting on 2 October 2011.
The show ended on 18 February 2012 with Kyle Imao as the winner and was replaced by Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal.

Pilipinas, Game KNB? is an ABS-CBN Philippine game show from October 1, 2001 to October 23, 2009 The show was hosted initially by Kris Aquino and was replaced by Edu Manzano in the latter versions. It was also aired on The Filipino Channel. The show was broadcast from ABS-CBN Studio 8 in Quezon City.
The KNB in the title literally means "ka na ba" or "are you" in English, making the full title "Pilipinas, Game Ka Na Ba?". The KNB is derived from standard practice in text messaging to make messages as short as possible when typed.

Matanglawin is a weekly science-environmental educational show hosted by Philippine's Trivia King Kuya Kim Atienza and is geared towards the young and young at heart. Matanglawin takes its audiences on adventures to natural and supernatural worlds to learn about wildlife, science concepts, culture, practical and general knowledge and basically everything under the sun by being “mapanuri, mapagmatiyag at mapangahas! [inquisitive, vigilant, adventurous].” It is aired on ABS-CBN 2 every Sunday at 9:15 AM with replays on Sundays at 7:00 AM on ABS-CBN News Channel. The show premiered on March 24, 2008 as a late-night program before it was moved to its current time schedule.

Pinoy Fear Factor is a franchise reality show on ABS-CBN that started airing on November 10, 2008. It ran for 15 weeks, ending on February 20, 2009. The show is based on the Dutch reality game show Now or Neverland and is produced by Endemol. It is hosted by Filipino actor-host Ryan Agoncillo. The Philippines is the 30th country to use Buenos Aires, Argentina as the location of the series. Other Fear Factor hubs are located in South Africa and Serbia.
Though the Philippine producers have plans to make the Philippines the next Fear Factor hub in the world, they still decided to shoot the first series in Buenos Aires, Argentina where stunts experts and resources are readily available.
The first series was won by Jommy Teotico who took home P2 Million, a house and lot, and was given the title of "El Ultimo Participante". It uses the tagline Ang buhay sa likod ng katapangan or "Life behind bravery." The theme song of the show, which is entitled Tagumpay, is performed by Chivas Malunda.

Bandila is an International Emmy-nominated late night news broadcast of ABS-CBN in the Philippines. The newscast is anchored by Julius Babao, Karen Davila, Ces Oreña-Drilon and Boy Abunda. It is aired Weeknights at 10:45–11:30 PM.
It features long story format about which the Center of Media Freedom and Responsibility stated, Bandila’s strength is its willingness to take a story and explore the various issues surrounding it. In addition, "it takes an issue to another level by adding perspective and analysis to it, thereby providing viewers a journalistic ingredient sorely lacking in many TV reports: context". Such objective causes the reports to be longer than usual.
On November 22, 2010, Bandila started letting viewers send their reactions on each news through Twitter or Facebook and later read by the anchors after each news items, thus making Bandila more interactive.
'Sang Linggo nAPO Sila was a daily noon-time variety show of ABS-CBN that aired from February 1995 to November 1998. It was hosted by the APO Hiking Society. Some of the original co-hosts included Bing Loyzaga, Michelle Van Eimeren, Agot Isidro, Lara Melissa de Leon, Amy Perez, John Estrada, Rannie Raymundo and Roderick Paulate.

Mel and Jay is a now-defunct talk show aired on ABS-CBN from October 1989 to April 7, 1996 featuring Mel Tiangco and Jay Sonza. There was also a radio show with the same title.
