All of the show's designs, animation and visual style were created in Italy, while the scriptwriting and original voice recording were done in the United States. It aired on The CW4Kids at 11:30am Eastern Standard Time on Saturdays. In Europe, the series used to air on Disney XD, and on CITV. In India, the series' first season aired on Disney XD in 2010. The series premiered on January 3, 2009, with one episode in the US and the first four episodes in Europe, making Jetix the home for premieres beyond the first episode. Three Delivery is an American animated sitcom and action adventure, inspired by kung-fu movies. It was created by Larry Schwarz, who also created similar series, Kappa Mikey and Speed Racer: The Next Generation. It is a collaboration between Animation Collective in Manhattan, New York and the now-defunct Fatkat in Miramichi, New Brunswick as their very last project. The show premiered on Nicktoons on Friday, June 27, 2008. An episode of Three Delivery was first shown at the New York Comic Con 2008, on April 19, 2008. The show is currently being broadcast in the UK on CBBC having begun on February 21, 2009 and on Once TV in Mexico. Since Nicktoons Network debuted the series thirteen months later, Nickelodeon then aired eleven episodes as "never before seen episodes" of the series on July 4, 2009 until September 26, 2009.

The Nicktoons Animation Festival is an annual event that was created by producer Fred Seibert and produced for its first three years by his Frederator Studios. Founded in 2004 to showcase the diversity of worldwide animation filmmaking, it is the largest multiplatform animation festival in North America. The festival features a selection of animated shorts from around the globe. Shorts selected for the festival have the chance to be aired on Nicktoons Network, online and to be showcased at the live event in Los Angeles in October. Several prizes are awarded each year. Animators under 18 years old are eligible to enter the Greater Creator Contest. New to the festival in 2008 is the “I Got Game” Contest in partnership with AddictingGames, and a contest for Lego filmmakers, sponsored by Lego.
