star 6Skal vi danse? is the Norwegian edition of the British television series, Strictly Come Dancing and the American television series, Dancing with the Stars. It is produced by Monster Entertainment and broadcast on TV 2 Jon Peder Olrud and Geir Bie were producers in the first season. The second and third seasons were produced by Ingvild Daae. The series premiered on TV 2 on January 15, 2006. Skal vi danse? in Norwegian means shall we dance?. Dancing celebrities with professional dancers and companies are reviewed by a panel of judges and the TV viewers. Each pair consists of a celebrity and a professional dancer and the one with the fewest votes does not participate in the next round. The series has had high ratings in Norway, with an average of between 600,000 and 700,000 viewers. The record with 733,000 viewers on average in the season premiere was reached for the first program of series 4. Only the final episodes of each series have had higher numbers.Norske Talenter

star 6.5Norske Talenter is a Norwegian talent show with the same format as Britain's Got Talent. 16-year old singer Erlend Bratland won the first series and hip hop dance group Quick won the second series. Judges are music producer Jan Fredrik Karlsen, singer and actress Mia Gundersen and comedian/actor Thomas Giertsen. In 2007 Marte Stokstad and Sturla Berg-Johansen were hosts, and in 2008 Berg-Johansen joined Pia Lykke to be hosts. star 7.7The Julekalender is a Norwegian Christmas season television series produced by and starring Travellin' Strawberrys in collaboration with Saks Film and Entertainment and TV 2, 1994. Around 400,000 viewers followed the series in December 1994, and it has since been broadcast anew in 1996, 2003, 2008 and 2012. It was based on the Danish series The Julekalender from 1991, which also inspired a Finnish version in 1997. The original concept and script of the series, as well as its numerous songs came from the Danish trio of De Nattergale. The characters spoke Norwenglish, a pidgin of English and Norwegian. The series consisted of 24 episodes, and its production crew came from Trondheim, Norway.
