Sugat Ng Kahapon is the fourth Lenten presentation APT Entertainment has produced starring Dennis Trillo, although it is the company’s first Lenten project with Marian Rivera who has had a long record of working with APT Entertainment Inc.’s sister company Tape Inc., having started in the afternoon soaps it produced a few years ago. This is the first time that Marian and Dennis will be paired together in a lenten presentation.

The show is broadcast every Saturday and is divided into two shows, each containing a true paranormal story from the best selling horror books True Philippine Ghost Stories and Haunted Philippines. During the intermission, a photograph of ghostly figures is shown and later on the background revealed. Contests are sometimes held where participants must decide which of two pictures is real. At the end, footage of "real life ghosts" encountered by people is shown.

Maynila: Larawan ng Bansa is a television drama that has been broadcast on Philippine television since 1999. Originally aired Mondays-Fridays and 5-day episode per week, it presently became a weekend drama anthology of inspiring stories of people who are having love problems and challenges that affect every Manileño's lives. The show is hosted by former Manila mayor and the former secretary of DENR, Lito Atienza. The show was originally aired on weekday afternoons and moved to Saturday mornings before Kapuso Movie Festival. After the elections, Atienza went back to the show and do acting in a cameo appearance instead of hosting.
