It is a British and French television co-production, loosely based on The Famous Five series of books created by Enid Blyton. At least some of the episodes have been developed for television by Douglas Tuber and Tim Maile, the writers of the former Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire. On 21 June 2008 the show debuted in Italy and Australia on Disney Channel. They, like their parents before them, embark on a new series of adventures. During these adventures the new Famous Five are able to make use of newer technology such as laptop computers and mobile phones which had not been invented in their parents' day.Gigantosaurus

Hannah-Oke is a British karaoke game show based on the hit TV series Hannah Montana that premiered on Disney Channel UK. It sees six families from across the UK putting their singing abilities and Hannah song knowledge to the test in a series of challenges and karaoke sing-offs in front of a studio audience and panel of judges, which consist of Disney Channel UK star Brad Kavanagh, Pop Idol participant Nicki Chapman and Dancing on Ice participant Jason Gardiner. The audience then votes for the winning family which will go through to the final. In the event of a tie-break, the judges vote and the family with the most votes goes through. The three final families will then go head-to-head fir the title of Hannah-oke Champion 2009. Studio Disney was a live TV show, broadcast on Disney Channel UK. It launched in September 1997 as Disney Channel UK Live, and relaunched as Studio Disney on 23 April 2001. Some of the presenters included; Nigel Mitchell, Emma Lee, Jean Anderson, Mark Rumble, Amy Garcia, Ollie from Freefaller, James McCourt, Jemma James and Leah Charles. Studio Disney ran on weekdays, usually from 16:00 to 19:00, in direct competition with similar services offered by CBBC, CITV and Nickelodeon. The show featured a team of between two and six presenters who came on air between programmes, giving viewers the opportunity to call in, interact and win prizes. Studio Disney also produced many of its own short programmes, including Wish Upon a Star and Junior Journo, which were aired during the block itself and between programmes at other times.
