Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network commissioned a Plastic Man television pilot episode "Puddle Trouble" in 2006. Produced by Andy Suriano and Tom Kenny, and designed and storyboarded by Stephen DeStefano. Tom Kenny also performed the voice of Plastic Man in the program. Cartoon Network decided not to pick up Plastic Man as a series and has never aired the episode. "Puddle Trouble" has been released on the Plastic Man: The Complete Collection DVD set.Get 'Em Tommy!

It was originally broadcast on Cartoon Network from October 1992 to November 23, 2003, with a Christmas special shown on December 24, 2005. High Noon Toons was a 3-hour programming block of cartoons hosted by two cowboy hand puppets named Haas and Lil' Jo shown on Cartoon Network in the mid-1990s. The series was made by Matt Thompson and Adam Reed, who would later go on to create adult-themed cartoon series such as Sealab 2021 and Frisky Dingo for Adult Swim and Archer for FX. Often the show would have special themes, such as "Quick Draw McGraw: Pure Mustang". Haas and Lil' Jo also hosted Cartoon Network's "Spring Break '95", where the two would be on a beach setting with bikini-clad Barbie dolls, and would show Spring Break-related cartoons. The Moxy Show is an animation anthology television series created by Scott Fellows and produced by Hanna-Barbera for Cartoon Network. The show ran on December 5, 1993, originally as The Moxy Pirate Show, and consisted of classic cartoons divided by 3-D animated interstitials featuring Moxy, a dog, and Flea, a flea. The show ran on Cartoon Network from 1993 to 1998 as a CGI cartoon and 1998 to 2000 as a hand-drawn cartoon with CGI and live-action effects. The series aired its last episode on January 2, 2000, and reruns were removed completely on April 1, 2000. Ben & Izzy is a Jordanian three-dimensional, computer animated children's television series. It was produced by Jordan's rising educational and CGI animation company Rubicon. This series follows the adventures and developing friendship of two pre-teenaged boys known as Ben and Izzy, who are from the United States and Jordan respectively, as well as a desert genie known as Yasmine, who takes the form of a young girl closely resembling the age of the boys. Despite the fact the series was produced in Jordan, it was primarily released in English for international purposes before its official Arabic dub in 2008. The series was created primarily to entertain, but it was also created as an educative experience about certain aspects of Arab history, and how it affected Western culture, which is also the forming of the bond between the Western Ben and the Eastern/Arab Izzy.
