In the small provincial town of Mangalița, takes place around Stelian Manole, the mayor of the city for 28 years. Mr. Stelu has won all elections since 1991 with unanimous votes, and is currently making efforts to obtain the eighth consecutive term and thus enter the Book of Records as the longest surviving mayor. Stelu has been through all the parties, he is anointed with all the clubs and he knows all the tricks. He can convince anyone to do anything and has everyone on hand. The life of the inhabitants of Mangalița city is overcome by the political, administrative, loving and loving intrigues of the extremely colorful and comic entourage of the mayor.
X Factor is a Romanian television music talent show contested by aspiring pop singers drawn from public auditions based on The X Factor series. It is broadcast on the Antena 1 channel in Romania.
The competition is open to both solo artists and groups and has no upper age limit. Each judge is assigned one of three categories; the criteria for each has varied between seasons. Throughout the live shows the judges act as mentors to their category, helping to decide song choices, styling and staging, while judging contestants from the other categories; they also compete to ensure that their act wins the competition, thus making them the winning judge.
The original judging panel consisted of Adrian Sînă, Paula Seling and Mihai Morar. In May 2012, it was announced that Morar, Sînă, and Seling had all left and would not be returning for the second season. On 15 June, before auditions began, Dan Bittman, Delia Matache and Cheloo were confirmed as the three new judges.
Te cunosc de undeva! (translation: I know you from somewhere!) is the Romanian version of the talent show, Your Face Sounds Familiar.[1] The first series premiered on 17 March 2012 on Antena 1. The show is hosted by Cosmin Seleși and Alina Pușcaș.[2] Its panel of judges includes Andreea Bălan, Ozana Barabancea, Aurelian Temișan and Cristi Iacob
Burlacul is an Romanian reality television dating game show debuting in 2010 on Antena 1. The first season was hosted by Lucian Marinescu, in season 2 he was replaced by host and designer Cătălin Botezatu. There is one related series: Burlăcița.
Next Top Model is a reality documentary and the Romanian version of Tyra Banks' America's Next Top Model. It places contestants against each other in a variety of tests in order to determine who will win title of Romania's Next Top Model along with a lucrative 4 year-long modelling contract with MRA Models worth 50,000 Euros.
The competition is hosted by romanian fashion designer Cătălin Botezatu making him the fifth male host of the international Top Model franchise after Fyodor Bondarchuk, Alexander Tsekalo, Jay Manuel and Nathan Lee. The panel is completed by photographer Gabriel Hennessey, Make-Up Artist Mirela Vascan, Hair Stylist Laurent Tourette and model agent Livio Ionescu.
