Bir Zamanlar Osmanlı: Kıyam is a Turkish historical television series about Assassins, Tulip period and Patrona Halil rebellion in 18th-century Ottoman Empire. It was originally broadcast on Turkey's state television TRT.
When Olcay's husband commits suicide and leaves a huge debt behind, Olcay and her teenage daughter, Duru, are forced to move to a slum in Istanbul. They find themselves financially dependent on Olcay's only remaining friend, so Olcay starts to look for a job. Without any degree or experience, she tries to survive doing all sorts of odd jobs. Meanwhile, her neighbors, who are completely different from the people in Olcay's old world, begin to get to like the mother and daughter. Some even fall in love.
Bizim Evin Halleri is a long-running Turkish soap opera, which takes place in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. It was first aired by TRT in 2000. From 2006 to 2008 it aired on Kanal 1. In Autumn of 2008, it transferred to ATV Turkey. However due to low ratings, ATV put an end to the soap opera.
The star-studded production follows the story of two families: On one end is the successful but stingy Namzet Horanta, the boss of Horanta Holding, a jewelry manufacturer. To his wife Latife, daughter Nazmiye, and sons Sinan and Buğra amazement, Namzet underwent a seemingly big change that caused him to forego his stingy ways for generosity instead.
Thanks to the aforementioned change, there will be a chain of interesting events that will keep the viewer hooked and entertained as Nazmiye's life will once again intersect with Osman, his former partner and greatest enemy.
